Shipping policy
We currently ship to all seven Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
- Processing Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation (Sunday-Thursday, excluding public holidays).
2. Delivery Time
Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman: 2-3 business days
Abu Dhabi, Al Ain: 2-4 business days
Northern Emirates (RAK, Fujairah, UAQ): 3-5 business days
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders across the UAE. Any exceptions or promotional charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders. Please have the exact order total ready for our delivery partner, and keep your phone reachable, as couriers will call before arrival.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow your delivery in real time.
6. Delays
While we aim to meet the timelines above, delays caused by courier partners, weather, customs, or public holidays are outside our direct control. We will proactively notify you of any known delay.
